A graduate of the former Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Physician Shang completed advanced clinical fellowships at the Beijing Senior TCM Training Program and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS). He has served as the Executive Board Member of the TCM Committee of the China Sexology Association and a member of the Andrology Committee of the Beijing Association of Chinese Medicine. He is a formal disciple of renowned masters Dong Demao, Yu Ying’ao, and Chen Wenbo.
He received the First Prize for Academic Succession from the Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has published over 20 academic papers and co-authored seven monographs, including Male Sexual Dysfunction, New Theories in Andrology, and Essentials of Clinical Practice by Renowned Beijing Physicians. He is a recipient of the Third Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the China Association of Chinese Medicine.
