Director of the Science and Education Department at the Medical Experiment Center of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS) and a mentor for the 6th national program for inheriting the experience of renowned TCM experts. He serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Sleep Science Branch of the China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics and Vice Chairperson of the Evidence-Based Medicine Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine.
Holding an MD degree, he trained under Academician Chen Keji and Professor Du Jian. He advocates for “managing chronic diseases through sleep regulation,” emphasizing the critical role of sleep in health maintenance. Dr. Song serves on the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine (SCI). He has led numerous national and ministerial research projects, published over 70 papers, and received the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the China Association of National Medicine.
